From my place to the airport is usually 35-40 min without traffic and 1 hour to 1:20 with traffic. Is it pretty easy/fast getting from the emp. parking to the crew room/gate? As long as I have everything packed and ready to go, I don't think it should be too hard to do the 2 hr. callout which sounds like a rarity anyway.
You're golden, since you are a local. Parking lot shuttles run every 15 minutes, 00/15/30/45 past the hour, and it takes about 6 minutes to get to Terminal 2 and another 6-7 to get to the crew room.
