This would entail though that perhaps SkyWests' move to adopt ALPA is making forward progress? On my way back from a trip, I was in uniform dead heading and another passenger showed me the USA Today article that said that ASA was 66% on-time and was at the bottom of the list. I didn't have anything to say =(
