I dont think CAE Simuflite can be held to PRIA requirements since they are not a 121 or 135 air carrier, but I personally think you have a right to your records anyway. On the FAA website, there is an extensive advisory circular on pria you could research.
Agreed. Did they tell you that they were not going to release them? I know that any training pre-05' or so is not available since they switched from paper to electronic records @ CAE.
