FlyerJosh, you are correct, but here in Asia under a CAAC license, your license gets signed by either a company instructor or chief pilot..not sure because its in Chinese.
I am just wondering what I will have to do when I return home to the U.S. and a company asks for my training records. I think the only thing I may have to show is my CAAC license, if CAE Dubai doesn't release records.
