Cal-Aggie Farmers flying club in Davis is a much cheaper & better option for all ratings.. Non profit organization, nicely equipped aircraft, good maintenance, reasonable price for a/c & instructors.

You can still join CSUS Sac or UC Davis for degree..

In Sacramento, your cost of living will be cheaper than LGB and still there are enough challenges for training environment in terms of airspace, terrain, weather etc etc...
Appreciate your comment but I can't go for a part 61 program. Because of visa visa restriction. It seems I will have to go to long beach option because skywalkinc is hearing bad.
