Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I have been searching this site and the contract for the language and process for invoking option 3 highlighted above.
Can anybody point me to the correct section of the contract? I have read sections 7 and 11 and haven't found it, I must be missing something.

Are you now completed with ITU and lost a 2013 vacation? If so the buyback option is only applicable if there is less than 120 days remaining in the year or if there are les than 3 slots ...more info read the CBA. This is all selectable in the vacation system in vips and in CBA 7.e.1.b. and needs to be accomplished within 30 days of activation.
