Thanks again for the answers. I am assuming they are prob afraid of a lawsuit like stated. I did not think of that. Even though I know I never did anything illegal at least to my knowledge and they never asked me to do anything illegal. I will give them that. Pay on the other hand that might be a reason for them to worry.
