Don't know if this will help....but for my interview, I just wrote an addendum saying how I attributed "other time". Most of it I threw out, but about 10% I took credit for as PIC b/c I was the IP with the A code sitting in back with other IPs on board.
As long as you explain how you logged it, that is what they care about. They want to know you aren't padding your books, which as a military guy you aren't more than likely. Just be honest and explain....no one checks civilian time logging or their books.
