A direct entry PIC is dependent upon more than just key PIC time.
I have met many who have thousand of hours of jet PIC who aren't a good fit and have hired some guys who had zero jet PIC.
I guess I should've asked was is what is the minimum jet time Exec would like its applicants to have for a Phenom PIC position.
