You will fly more often than if you work for any other flight school plus you will be flying a seminole. Good move. Be persistent and go in to meet any of the current employees. I have friends who taught there. They average a salary of $800-1000 a month and make $7 an hour for flight instruction. How is that better than a second year first officer at most airlines?
If you do enough research, there are plenty of great opportunities. I acquired well over 700 multi while flight instructing and literally made double what ATP instructors made.
