I flew the 73NG for a couple years. Why are some of the spoiler panels still up? It looks like the crew probably put the speedbrake lever down because the ground spoilers are retracted, but what's up with the outboard spoilers? Kinda odd.
What actuates the spoilers? If there was hydraulic damage to the assiciated system during the landing, is it possible they are frozen in place?
