Certain legacies (esp DAL) are known to weight the quality of your college education.

I would assume that they would consider the school reputation, GPA, and major.

GPA alone is not a good indicator because an online business degree from UoP with a 3.0 should not really trump an engineering major from a service academy or ivy league with a 2.5.
