This is all routine for plaintiff's attorneys in these cases. Look for seat, overhead bin, slide, etc. manufacturers to be included as parties to this suit. I would not be surprised if they include the airport and contractors doing the current RSA project.

They will cast a huge net and try their best to get the big fishes.
