as reflected by Wall Street's response, this is bad news, not good, especially in light of the positive reception by both companies that they were merging and the future, post-merger, was bright for all.
Holder needs to go. He has been a disaster. He wants to
re-write drug laws and release criminals (how many 18 or over drug users and criminal's families will come forward and vote Democrat now...) , he is "taking a look at Gitmo", and now two companies, whose respective boards/shareholders support a merger, are prevented from or c*-blocked from merging.
time to move to Switzerland and get a ski bunny
