Watertown has its 4th amendment suspended, and entire blocks of houses get door-to-door searches with every American citizen forced out of the house at gunpoint. That's terrorism. There is a emergency/safety exception but that is limited to where a threat is though to be - a house or two. NOT entire neighborhoods. Our consitution has been trampeled over and over again, and the biggest terrorist threat to this nation is not the Chechans or foreign Muslims - it is those in DC who are violating the constitution and your rights.
