Actually the party I speak of is the one you have been watching. I don't belong to any of it, but it has been going on right in front of you for years. You were slow, but you have plenty of company.

Just one more point Snarge, your history here shows that you have an axe to grind with military spending and activity, you would do well to remember that the military does not set foreign policy, spending or strategic objectives-these things come from outside the military. Military efforts are directed from outside the military structure, the military is a tool employed by the state for purposes the state deems appropriate.
