It's most likely going to an established E175 carrier...Compass or Shuttle.
Why? What does it entail? Why specifically don't you see Mesa having everything in order and squared away? Honest question, totally respect your opinion. I myself am naive to the process. However, I don't put it past the flight crews at Mesa to move heaven and earth to accomplish hard to do feats. it may seem incredulous as to why they work so hard, but there is a fairly large subset of individuals here who work their butts off to make things better for pilots. As an example the shear intensity of involvement by certain line pilots to make the EFB a reality was impressive. In full disclosure I am a beneficiary of this perspiration, and not much of a contributor. I pour my life energy into my family, but that doesn't mean I don't appreciate what these industrious ladies & gents do for me. I don't take it for granted.
Great points. Also I maybe off a little but I think the new 900 flying was announced about 3 months before the planes started arriving.... So if things go as they did in the past... That would be an October announcement for January deliveries.
Again I'm not management so I don't know where they really will go. I'm staying optimistic.
