There is no possibility that a missile could be fired, and then covered up, by a military crew. Period.
The FBI thoroughly investigated every single military vehicle, land, sea, and air, in the vicinity of TWA-800, and
not one was mysteriously missing a missile.
They didn't attempt to cover up the Vincennes shooting; how likely is it, then, that they covered this up? That assumes it is even possible to do so. It isn't.
Someone WILL talk.
Military secrets are well kept only when the secret benefits military effectiveness... The system is NOT designed to cover up atrocities, like My Lai and others that ALL saw the light of day.
