Wait, let me get this straight, you are a pilot, and you are claiming that witnesses could see navigation lights 10,000 feet up?

Can you even hear yourself type?

Yes, but get to your conclusion. Who done it? It is too late for brevity, but tell us where you are going with your theory.

We are all on the edge of our seats waiting for the exciting conclusions you may eventually present.

The first order of business would be to have an investigation by the NTSB and and whoever THEY want to admit as parties, and collect the facts and verify and confirm the information they have to date. And go from there.

Again? That's it, that's all you got?

"The four-year NTSB investigation concluded with the approval of the Aircraft Accident Report on August 23, 2000, ending the most extensive, complex, and costly air disaster investigation in U.S. History."

Sure, another four years would straighten it all out.
Thanks for sharing that with all of us here.

A lot of people at the board think the case needs to be reopened but won't say anything publicly. I don't even bring it up with ones I keep in contact with because of the concern it may harm their careers. I knew the original IIC from when he did general aviation accidents. He was replaced after a few months into the TWA investigation and has since retired. Another acquaintance at the board's lab was demoted and sidelined for just being willing to discuss all possibilities. It should be noted that the managing director of the NTSB who is currently defending their report comes from a public relations background and has no aviation experience, or any other transportation experience, at all.

Well I guess they will take their secrets to the grave.

We will give all due consideration to your testimony here and wish you a good day.
