I am sooooo glad to be retired so I don't have to put up with the constant complaining from the people who contribute nothing anymore.

I don't know your deal, but please explain how it could be considered onerous for the company to reorder a BES list IAW the ISL. No training - no transfer - no balancing - just an internal reordering of the BES list.
