It is not abnormal that the company would be allowed to balance things out short of a "systemwide flush." A reasonable time frame to let normal operations put people where they should be is not unheard of. It is exactly the same scenario as when "conditions and restrictions" expire. Normal operations smooth the rough edges. Don't expect an immediate correction. The arbitrator will NOT expect operations to come to a halt as the award is put into effect. To expect otherwise is setting yourself up for disappointment.
And, you jerks that can't be bothered to do any Union work don't have the credentials to call those that are contributing "union dolts". Look in the mirror if you want to see a dolt. I am sooooo glad to be retired so I don't have to put up with the constant complaining from the people who contribute nothing anymore.
