Essentially it was made out to sound like there would be a 1-2 month adjustment process based on the availability of the new bid.

Given the incompetency of man power planning, I lack faith in that plan. Obviously little can be done about Sept, but I consider it completely unacceptable to not allow the ISL to determine October bidding. And yes in my BES there are a significant number of vol UAL furloughs in my base that will go in front of me. I believe in doing what's right.
