If a UAL guy is on the 737 in IAH and ends up senior to a hundred CAL guys (who are also 737 IAH F/O's), he will be put in front of them quickly.
How can you have #8,500 bidding junior to #9,000 on the same equipment??
Never going to happen.
There is no precedent for it, and not even the CAL guys asked the arbitrators for such an arrangement.
The CAL guys seem like a good bunch, but your SLI team has proven themselves to be worthless.
