Ladies and Gentlemen,

We have been granted a hearing on our filing for a TRO for tomorrow at 1430, Tuesday 28 August 2013. We are asking the judge to delay the SLI process for a very brief moment until we can have the hearing for the Declaratory Relief. This ensures that if Bid 14-02 is vacated via Declaratory Judgment, that a violation of our joint Collective Bargaining Agreement will not be used to favor one group of United Pilots over the other. Regardless of the success of the TRO hearing tomorrow, we will be scheduling a "speedy hearing" for Declaratory Relief and that hearing will take place in the very near future.
