You are really obtuse. If you don't understand WE (L-UA) will continue to lose seats while we wait for Craig Gullaksen to play in court. What a buffoon. Had him as an FO on a trip years ago. I wouldn't trust him with a $1 for the van driver much less real money. He is a clown.

To prove how stupid he is, his argument is that he should have been able to bid capt on the 14-02 bid. Yet he can't know if he would have been able to hold such a position without an ISL. He is a junior 767 FO and isn't guaranteed to hold 737 capt after ISL. I'm telling you guys he is a real treat to work with. Have t flown with too many like him thank goodness. With any luck the TRO will not be granted. However in the a annals of UA ALPA history we have had some famous lawsuit people. Craig is cementing himself a place alongside a very famous plaintiff.

Gullaksen = Rakestraw
