Who filed the TRO in US District Court
Ok, Who filed a Temporary Restraining Order in US District Court to prevent the release of the ISL. Anybody want to claim responsibility???

To prove how stupid he is, his argument is that he should have been able to bid capt on the 14-02 bid. Yet he can't know if he would have been able to hold such a position without an ISL. He is a junior 767 FO and isn't guaranteed to hold 737 capt after ISL. I'm telling you guys he is a real treat to work with. Have t flown with too many like him thank goodness. With any luck the TRO will not be granted. However in the a annals of UA ALPA history we have had some famous lawsuit people. Craig is cementing himself a place alongside a very famous plaintiff.
