Slow down, and re-read the post from Jet Link.
The reference Jet Link posted was NOT directly from ALPA, it was directly from LOA 25 of the JCBA, and dealt specifically with
Section 5 (whoring during furlough) of L-CAL and L-UAL line values.
I am not disagreeing that L-UAL pilots at L-CAL
SHOULD have the right to be recalled in place, it is the fact that options are missing for those (like V/F pilots due return rights) who might PREFER not to forfeit the options they are owed.
