First 600 cal/day is way too low (edit: though if only 2 days/wk maybe ok?). I'll let the more educated here explain why...
I've dropped over 50 lbs this year. It's amazingly simple really: go to the gym pretty regularly for at least a one hour workout (cardio mostly) and be unfailingly accountable and limit calories via myfitnesspal app (set limit to lose one pound per week). BTW I eat whatever I want, just not nearly as much as I used to.
Now the next step would be to turn up the intensity - more lifting weights, even better food choices. I'll be quite the old stud if I can turn the last 10ish lbs of fat into about 20 lbs of muscle.
