For those of you interviewing at Executive Airshare, here is a recent pirep. My interview was 9:00 am on 8/29/13. I am a 2400 hour ATP with 385 multi. Overall, the interview process was very professional and laid back. They began with a quick tour of their headquarters and also did a presentation on the company. Next, they split us up for one on one interviews with Ryan Isaacs, Alex Franz, and Cindy Kay. Most of their questions were HR type and not technical.

Describe your aviation experience/ history.
Why do you want to leave your current job?
What do you think about the pay?
How have you gone above and beyond?
What would you bring to executive Airshare?
Describe a typical day at your current job.
What do you tell you passengers if you have a weather or mechanical?
On a scale of one to ten how would you rate yourself as a pilot?
What are your short term/ long term goals?
What qualities should a captain have?
What qualities should a first officer have?
Do you have any questions for us?

Next, we sat down and completed a 26 question multiple choice test. The topics include: VOR service volume, NOTAMS, SIDS, obstacle departure procedures, transition level, transition altitude, RVSM, MSA, TAA, class A airspace, altimeter settings, non standard alternate, holding patterns, and GPS satellites. After the test, we had lunch and the interview was done. We were out before 2:30 pm. Again, it was a great experience and I highly recommend going.
