*Other good flying is ORD (United CRJ700) trips, longer legs, better overnights, younger crews. United system is terrible however...
*IAD (CRJ700 United) and CLT (CRJ900 USAir) provide the best and most productive shots for Newhires to obtain a line or at least get flying while on RSV.
*Every new hire chooses CLT until they get over the "900."
The east flying varys greatly with a mix of east coast, west coast, short and longish. (20mins to 2:40Hrs.) CLT-GSO vs. CLT-OMA
*On Reserve(RSV) at any base you will never break guarantee.
*Hawaii (HNL,KOA) Bases are most junior, closely followed by IAD. (because everyone knows Dulles just sucks and costs as much as Hawaii)
*Benefits on UAL and USAir pretty immediate with option to add family etc.
oh and i forgot to add.. CLT (USX) ops You will get to do a lot of flying plus stay in many places featured on the show called "FIRST 48"
ie. Louisville, Mempis, Little Rock, Birmingham, Cincinatti, Detroit....etc...
