I'm still having trouble with this 15:30 duty day! Hopefully it was a double crew doing a single leg and they just didn't manage their pre-sleep and enroute sleep very well. If this was a crew of 2 or 3, I'm hoping somebody submits a POR, a Fatigue Report, an FSR, ASAP Report, and lets the PSIT/SIG know which pairing it was on so it can be disputed in the future.
CRM is an integral part of extending past 13:30 (internationally) to FAR limits. The Duty Officer may really really want you to move the freight, but working to exhaustion is wrought with disaster.
