Already at a regional. Here is where this board and the airline industry is wrong. While experience is important, I've seen many people with well over 3000 hours who are some of the dumbest people I've met. Don't claim superiority because you've been at a regional for x years. This isn't about how awesome of a pilot you are or aren't. This is about business and hiring practices. My former career and experience in it makes me more than qualified to discuss it...maybe more than you but I am not going to waste my time digging through your previous posts to figure out your past. It doesn't matter to me.
Also, you have no business in the airlines with 2 DUIs. Driving intoxicated is irresponsible and incredibly dangerous. If you don't have enough common sense to get a taxi, maybe you should go shuffle papers somewhere. As Slats said, this guy should be lucky he even got a job. A company that is willing to hire someone like that makes me glad I didn't work there.
