Mesa can't do concessions. How can the pay get any worse? Especially for FO pay. Captains have it pretty good, not great. But FO pay sucks. I disagree..mesa has made countless concessions. Can they do any MORE...probably. Agreement by a certain Former MEC chairman that is now at spirit I believe. That combined with numerous signatures of past employees of MAG and current ones as well. Their signatures are like blows to the chest on agreements with work rules and compensation. The key issue must be addressed and we are in agreement. Compensation Cannot remain as such..floored is unacceptable.
