i went to the Richmond location for my interview with them, and you could tell they were new in the neighborhood, top floor of some jet center, kinda tucked away with no pictures on the walls, really plain... but a nice view of the airfield, my buddy just finished his multi-add on and he said it was really unorganized, instructor had under 300 hrs... (my buddy has 500+ from instructing)

i'm not trying to bash them... i'm just saying it seemed like they werent totally moved in yet. great guys though... funny and relaxing.
