Question can go the other way as well? Why corporate? I'm sure landing a steady corporate job where you are only on the road once a week, make a good pay check and get good benefits is on anyone's list. But face it. Either you know someone or you have a type rating. And even then all the great corporate jobs are taken. At least at an airline you can work your way to a bigger plane, bigger paycheck, more days off. Stability at the airlines is just as stable as any other job.
