I jumpseated the other day on Mesa and the FO was still doing IOE. We got to chatting and I asked him the standard line "so what did you do before this?" Apparently, he was flight instructing but had his medical pulled about a year ago due to a 2nd DUI. His medical was returned a few months ago and shortly there after he had a Mesa phone interview....
