It look like that you're on the right track.....just my 2 cent general comments to anyone else
Forget ANY, Atkins, Paleo, etc. program diet regime as they're statistically shown to not have long term staying power. However, eating sensibly and BOTH strength and cardio ( for me, mostly running and yoga, (no weights)) on a consistent basis is infallible.
If you choose to include weight lifting, be mindful of the fact that many fool themselves. i.e. Having rock hard arms is nothing unless you have a core to support it. Not to say weightlifting is bad. But bad weightlifting is bad.
