Yes USMCFLYR, I am a little low on PIC turbine time (260), but i'd be happy to start right seat in any multi turbine equipment and work my way up.

I think you answered your own question.
Pilot jobs are a dime a dozen presently. One needs to be qualified, however, and at 4,000 hours without an ATP, your'e limiting the jobs for which you're qualified. You'll find yourself a lot more marketable if you go get your ATP. You seem to be waiting for someone else to pay it for you. Invest and get it done.
It's been mentioned, but get your resume professionally reviewed, and get with a job coach to get some insight into how to better market yourself.
Be willing to move to find work, and be willing to travel to meet employers, deliver resumes in person, etc.
Mailing resumes is a little like fishing with an empty hook. It works sometimes, but you can do better.
If you've mailed 100 resumes, you've just scratched the surface. Make 700 more.
