Reading the SWA website with the position announcement it appears they've gone back to their old requirement of needing the type rating to get an interview...so for those of us without a B737 type we're screwed...
With the hard requirement for 1000 turbine PIC, its going to put you in a smaller pool of applicants, and percentage wise it will come out to the same chances for UA or Delta.
Who knows, if you have the LORs, you might have a better chance of someone with the type.
