Very interesting pieces of information shown to support both sides of the argument. I still feel its a gray area of interpreting what is exactly meant by type rating. However I believe that when it comes to applications and marking yes to being type rated with SIC limitations, if the interviewer raises that question I think it could easily be discussed unlike a bold face lie.
