Holy crap...you are young. Must be the first job for you. No Regional F/O at any one of them is compensated nor has been compensated accordingly. 40 k a year is still crap. The national median income is 60k I believe.

I'm gonna feel really bad for everyone that upgrades' into the Left Seat on that in the next year....sucks for them to fly something different. It must be really bad to that the MEC is gonna be negotiating new pay rates and that the majority of the pilot group have already seen the left seat. Pay is on the Forefront...the new type is a mere bonus. Ohhh well its just terrible.
