I'm gonna feel really bad for everyone that upgrades' into the Left Seat on that in the next year....sucks for them to fly something different. It must be really bad to that the MEC is gonna be negotiating new pay rates and that the majority of the pilot group have already seen the left seat. Pay is on the Forefront...the new type is a mere bonus. Ohhh well its just terrible.
i'm just trying to help newbies be realistic. If one thinks that mesa pilots will get raises or anything in their negotiations to fly these jets, they are crazy. mgmt will use these jets as a reason to take concessions. If one doesn't understand history, they are doomed to repeat it. Also, because these are mainline owned nothing is guaranteed, they always put grey language in to the contracts so they can do whatever they want. If someone doesn't understand this, they don't understand business
