OAI is close to Atlas and above the others and I know Atlas has a trip rig
and I think World and NA does also but just basic numbers are close
and I know I am just comparing 12 year CAs pay but those are the numbers - so like I said non-skeds are somewhat alike
Sorry, Omni is not close to Atlas. I make significantly more as a 1st year 767 FO at Atlas vs. what I made as a 3rd year Omni 767 FO.

I never broke guarantee at Omni. In 2.5 years, it was 60 every month except for getting an extra hour or two once or twice. At Atlas, I credited 80 hours in July, 71 in August, 73 in September, and am showing 75 next month. Atlas may be fairly similar in pay rate if you're comparing 767 to 767, but the rig makes a huge difference. FOs on the 747 can and do make as much as (or more than) Omni CAs.

If I'm sitting in a hotel on reserve, I'm getting paid my 4.85 hours/day. Being a regular lineholder this month, if I'm pulled off my line for some reason, they have to reassign me to a flying trip (I cannot be put on hotel reserve), or send me home. The company is limited to how and why they can hold me out, unless I volunteer.

Beyond that, Atlas doesn't make me want to quit after each trip. They don't send guys out to Madrid for 90 days involuntarily (sickening), or jam you in a coach seat for 20+ hours. Heck, I haven't even talked to scheduling since June. I just show up and do my work.
