The United FOM states that pilot DOH is to be used in jumpseat. We have to change the FOM to how CAL wants it to make that happen.
What happens when two guys from the same class hired the same day, show up at the same time for the jumpseat at LUAL? Is it not the SENIOR of the two that gets the seat? It is a Senority based system at LUAL, it just so happens that Senority and DOH have been the same.
