Well I don't live in a base for either, but will move to the one I receive. Defiantly will take me 2 1/2 yrs to upgrade at G7 so my time isn't the issue. 2.5 years is nothing! and it will get faster with all airlines hiring.... they are going to gobble up G7 pilots and any other regional pilots. If you have an offer, take it and start moving forward.
