So with all being said, the top of the pay scale is 122k as a 767/777 Captain and not a penny more. That also includes twelve years of service of being gone 18 days a month, flying 30-50 hours a month with no rig to encourage effiencey or productivity of the work force. Not every new hire or current employee will be associated with that outstanding pay scale and/or quality of life provided. Exaggeration implied.
In 2012 I made SLIGHTLY LESS than 100k as a 767 international Capatain on year 5 and 6 pay at Omni. I was gone on average 17 days a month. I averaged 45 hours of flying a month making nothing more than the 60 hour guarantee in pay. During my entire tenure at Omni I never exceeded the guarantee of pay during my days
Omni is not capable of or chooses not to be more efficient with their work force. I will let one's imagination figure out which one it is.
