I don't think the UAL pilots were in a position to dump on the Frontier Pilots. Maybe you can be more specific. I'll ask why did the arbitrators chose the UAL sides method - because it was fair equally to both sides. Yes, Boy Scouts as demonstrated by the UAL SLI proposal being adopted by the arbitrators. It wasn't gamesmanship it was an honest effort to do the right thing.
