Just on Jumpseat - if you looked at the DOH vs Pilot senority issue, the DOH probably benefits a majority of the CAL guys over the UAL guys. Look at it objectively, not selectively.
Why do you assume this is a minority group... Truly was not a vent just educating you on the other side and a consistent sentiment ive heard especially in EWR. My way only...is not moving forward and will not build anything but continued friction....hence my comments about JH and his decision to petition the company. If you believe that DOH will help the CAL side, you've not looked at the numbers. The same seniority that gives you bidding rights/power in the cockpit ought to also give you access to the jumpseat. it has been used before so why change now. Do you really think the company came to JH and said let's change the jumpseat policy. Look at it objectively
