I'm in a very similar situation but between Eagle and Republic. I have offers from both with possible class dates mid October with both. I'm just so unsure about Eagle's future in the industry and the QOL at Republic.
Living in base is key. If you can swing it, take rah living in base. No one knows what's gonna happen at Eagle. I took rah and now have moved on to a better place. The contract sucks but there's growth and job security.(well whatever security a regional offers
