Hiring is so cyclical.

In an earlier time, I had my ATP, and was current on a multiengine jet. I applied to about 80 airlines, including every regional. I could not get 1 interview.

Living in base is key. If you can swing it, take rah living in base. No one knows what's gonna happen at Eagle. I took rah and now have moved on to a better place. The contract sucks but there's growth and job security.(well whatever security a regional offers) Goodluck and whatever you choose, keep looking for the next step.

Same boat, except RAH and XJT. Currently live in Memphis and would probably move to base or MSP.

Is lots of movement/growth in 170s/not so good contract more desirable or a solid contract but shaky future/lots of 50 seaters?
